Container Size: 200g Serving Size: 1 Scoop Servings Per Container: 45 Amount Per Serving Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 20mg Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) 1.25UG Bitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 0.35mg L-Tyrosine 1,500mg Beta-Alanine 750mg Caffeine Anhydrous 250mg Panax Ginseng (Whole Plant) 10mg Olive Leaf (Olea Europaea) 5mg Other Ingredients: Citric Acid, Beet Root Powder, Flavourings, Malic Acid, Sweeteners (Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose). Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 250 to 500 ml of cold water and consume 30 to 45 minutes before training.
